We have officially moved into our new rental house! We are so excited to have more space and not share walls (yay)! Our puppies are enjoying the extra freedom too. Thought you'd enjoy some pictures of the new place, it is certainly still in progress and needing some decor...but you get the idea.
Welcome to our "little cabin in the woods" : ) Now we just need some rockin' chairs.
Great hardwoods and a wood-burning fireplace. Certainly don't need it now with the 100 degree weather, but come winter it will be great.

My anniversary present from the hubby. (Oh ya, we had an anniversary 2 weeks ago...one WHOLE year!!)We found an unloved butcher block at an antique store and he and his dad refinished it, painted the bottom black, added a shelf, and lots of hooks for my skillets. It is a great space saver. I need to find a before picture to show you all.
Our new kitchen table... there is a bench, but it is currently being used in picture #2 (see husband playing video games...)
